Type 2 diabetes is in part due to inflammation caused by bacteria in your
gut.
Plants have spent millions of years developing “pharmaceuticals” to control
them.
All you have to do is shift your diet to include more of them.

gentle weight training. Dr Jason Yung has some good videos on youtube

Thank you for the video but i really don’t think that you can naturally

This is WRONG!!! It is not true that you must be visibly obese to develop
diabetes. For most ethnic groups around the world excess fat accumulates
around the organs before it show on the outside body and people develop
diabetes without appearing obese.

There are many who would beg to differ but you’re free to have your opinion
and I thank you for sharing it. But just to be clear, you mean eating
fruits do NOT affect your blood sugar? Maybe if you’re non-diabetic since
then you can’t really tell since the insulin kicks in and stabilize it
which actually is an indirect way of saying: Yes the blood sugar was
affected 🙂

Brian McComas says:

I’m a type 2 diabetic and EVERY SINGLE THING he mentioned doesn’t come
close to me. When i was diagnoised i was in my prime, worked out super
heavy, was not over weight at all, I had muscles, i didn’t pig out on crazy
starch and carbs.

Anna Henderson says:

==>>Thanks for the revues….lt is very good, but does not expIain the
difference between gIucose and sugar. My concern is that many diabetics
think that avoiding sugar aIone is required and do not understand that MOST
carbohydrate turns to gIucose and they must reduce starch and other
carbohydrate intake as weII sugar to manage their blood GLUCOSE. It is
good to have a simple explanation, but most people will never progress to a
deeper understanding. Poor chap has liver shaped kidneys!==>>
