if you are 100% vegan please have our omega index , glutathione, b12 and
vitamin a (palmitate) levels checked. I have found most true vegans are
deficient in these areas. Simply by drinking undenatured whey protein
isolate, taking a good omega 3 supplement will help dramatically. I do
recommend adding some organically raised eggs and maybe some wild salmon
too. but I do agree that the largest portion of your meal should be
