Great chart between 11:50-12:10! However, you left out a key part… FAT!
Fat has a glycemic index of ZERO, it will spike your Blood Sugar zero
percent. The proper fats will give you energy all day long. Ketogenic ways
of eating are the most sustainable and have been proven over and over
